Services / Industrial Automation
Robotic automation for press lines and manufacturing applications.
SVS project materials cover tandem press lines, welding, glass gluing, decoiling equipment and controls work. Each application calls for a defined process, equipment interface and delivery scope.

01 / Tandem press lines
From line layout to integrated handling.
A tandem press application can bring together layout, destacking and centring, robot handling, grippers, programming and press integration. The exact work package depends on the line and the responsibilities agreed for the project.
Share the press sequence, part family, tooling interfaces, transfer requirement and available line information for review.

02 / Robotic welding
Welding applications with distinct roles.
Supplied references include heavy MIG, spot and bogie welding. The examples below remain candidate records: SVS delivery role, customer naming and media associations need confirmation before they become case studies.

Welding cell shown for application context; no named project is assigned to this image.
Inter-boom cell
Supplied project material describes an excavator inter-boom welding cell with multiple variants on a common positioner. The current scope and attribution need review.
U321 modification
A separate reference describes robotic welding programming modifications. Confirm the delivery role and customer naming before publication.
Bogie welding
Another reference describes a bogie welding application. Its equipment, SVS role and approved media should be recorded separately.
03 / Glass gluing
Start with the glass and process requirements.
The supplied profile describes two glass variants labelled 1.8 m and 2 m. These dimensions and the SVS delivery role require confirmation. A gluing application should be scoped around part handling, adhesive process, fixtures, robot path and quality checks before the cell is described as a complete delivery.
For a useful first discussion
Share glass drawings or sizes, adhesive specification, cycle requirement, available floor space and required interfaces.
04 / Decoiling and integration
Programming, installation and commissioning.
SVS materials include decoiling-line programming, installation and commissioning references, alongside equipment integration work. The project identity, precise scope and footage association need review before a named example is published. Capacity is omitted while source references are reconciled.
Integration inputs
Equipment list · line sequence · electrical and control interfaces · installation constraints · commissioning responsibilities
05 / Controls upgrades
Review the logic as well as the equipment.
Project materials describe press contactor-logic to PLC conversion and control panels. An upgrade starts with the existing sequence, drawings, safety interfaces and the intended operating requirement.
Confirm before specifying
Existing control architecture, I/O, interlocks, operator interface, downtime window and test plan.
06 / Other applications
Automation shaped around the operation.
Material handling, palletising and machine tending are areas to discuss against a defined application. Dedicated examples and delivery scope should be confirmed before these are presented as completed project references.
Material handling
Part presentation, transfer, gripping and equipment interfaces.
Palletising
Load pattern, payload, throughput and end of arm tooling.
Machine tending
Machine access, cycle sequence, part orientation and interlocks.
07 / Evidence and enquiry
Discuss an automation project.
Tell us the process, equipment, part and target requirement. Confirmed project examples will be added as the delivery role, customer reference and media are approved.
