Controls engineering and press PLC upgrades.
SVS project materials include press contactor-logic to PLC upgrades, electrical architecture, control panels and offline HMI and PLC programming. The appropriate work depends on the existing equipment and the change required.

01 / Contactor logic to PLC
Plan the change around the existing press.
The supplied profile lists AIDA 600T H-frame, AIDA 300T C-frame and Shimomura 600T H-frame examples. AIDA 300T appears repeatedly; those entries have not been verified as separate machines, so no project quantity is claimed here.
Existing sequence
Document the current contactor logic, operating modes and interlocks before defining the replacement scope.
PLC approach
Agree the proposed architecture, I/O and operator functions against the machine requirement.
Test boundaries
Confirm shutdown, commissioning and acceptance responsibilities for the actual installation.
02 / Architecture and panels
Make every equipment interface explicit.
Controls work can connect a PLC, remote I/O, operator panel and machine interfaces. Electrical architecture and panel scope should identify signals, power, communications and the responsibilities at each equipment boundary.
Scope to confirm
Panel design or manufacture · component selection · field wiring · remote I/O · operator interface · documentation and tests
03 / Offline programming
Define the HMI and PLC deliverable.
Supplied materials show offline HMI and PLC programming work. The agreed deliverable may include logic, screen structure, simulation or testing, depending on the platform and project scope. A screenshot alone does not establish supported software versions or every PLC brand.
Approved screenshot pending
A legible, redacted export is needed before showing an HMI or programming screen. Plant identifiers and network details must be cleared.
04 / Automation integration
Controls belong to the whole line sequence.
Press and robot interfaces, tooling controls, machine signals and operator actions need to work as one agreed sequence. Commissioning, handover and later support responsibilities should be written into the project scope rather than assumed.
Integration discussion
Equipment interfaces · safety interlocks · operator actions · test plan · site access · handover responsibilities
05 / Example and enquiry
A clear upgrade record starts with evidence.
One approved upgrade summary is still needed. It should state the starting condition, SVS work and verified result, with customer and machine identifiers cleared for publication.
Project example pending
No quantified performance result, remote monitoring offer, safety certification or ongoing service agreement is claimed without supporting records.
